Positive: Good location. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean except for the floors. Having laundry detergent and dishwasher soap was very nice. The cookies, snacks, tea, milk for tea, and coffee maker was a nice welcome. I would recommend it to friends.

Negative: Everything was very clean except for the floors, which had some sort of dust/soot on them that would make your bare feet black. Perhaps lightly mop the floors between guests. Kitchen pans and so forth were minimal for doing cooking. Needed a larger frying pan or wok. One of the windows had a broken hinge, which meant it did not work properly in both "modes".

Positive: Our apartment was clean and the check-in process quick and simple. Guest services respond promptly to inquiries. Everything in town was a quick walk away.

Positive: Location, welcoming goodies, TV with access to all popular channels and subscriptions, easy contact with customer service. Council car park is just next to the building.

Negative: the biggest downsize was cleanness of the floor- I am not picky but floor was covered with crumbs (sofa as well) and a lot of hairs. I cleaned and response from customer service did not accept my request for a little recompensating. Future discount is not a solution. During my stay the elevator did not work.

Positive: Excellent quality accommodation in the centre of Newbury. Very comfortable studio apartment, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities and little touches like dishwashing and clothes washing pods, kitchen roll, spare bin bags, etc. A lot of thought has gone into the customer experience. Excellent wifi too and above all excellent hosts. They were incredibly helpful , kind so we really enjoyed our stay with them, many thanks!

Negative: Very hot on the top floor facing the street, and quite noisy. Thankfully the window lock had been opened so I could sleep with the window wide open - otherwise would have been unbearable. Flat didn’t smell great tbh.
