Positive: Comfortable beds, clean and good location. Cleaning stuff, coffee,tea etc was provided.

Negative: Some minor niggles, no mugs, TV no codes so didn’t use, keys tended to stick in the locks, garden needs attention. Not intended to be critical - just for the owner to be aware.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay overall.

Positive: This was a good place to stay. Well equipped, clean and comfortable, with nice outside space and a bbq. My dog had the garden to run about in and St.Georges Park was close by too. I don't drive so it was great to be able to walk to the shops, bars and pubs to meet friends. Host was helpful in answering a few questions from me and also recommending places to eat and drink. I'm planning to come back again end of the summer.

Negative: I don't drive but parking for more than 1 car might be difficult as it's a narrow street.

Summary: Great short stay for me and my dog with everything within walking distance.

Positive: The kitchen was great. Beds comfortable

Negative: The house was dusty. Cutlery and glasses had water marks and some fingerprints on them. The coffee machine was not clean. BBQ was not clean - when communicated with the owners, I was told I could clean it as the previous visitors should have cleaned it. Personally, I feel that they should do a check BEFORE new occupants arrive and not make it the guests' issue.
