Summary: the house is dated and wasn’t super clean(hairs in bathtub, stains on couches, backyard covered in trash) but it was cheap and we only stayed one night.

Summary: Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded.

Summary: I reserved this VRBO for three weeks and ended up leaving 6 nights early. The owner was very responsive to text messages during check-in and the stay. I asked if he could check on getting me a refund or a partial refund for the six days of my reservation and he said he would check. But instead of checking and answering me, he just blocked my text messages. Not cool.
