Positive: The accommodation is in a very nice location, about a 5–10 minute walk from the beach, the first restaurants, and shops. It is about a 20–30 minute walk to the center of Poreč. The accommodation is more than sufficient for basic needs. We had a room with an outdoor garden area and seating.

Negative: What could be improved is the hospitality from the owner. When staying in Croatia, we are used to at least having some water in the fridge and a few basic items in the apartment, so guests do not have to buy everything right away, such as oil, coffee, salt, etc. Unfortunately, none of these were available. I would also mention that there were ants crawling around the floors. This might bother some guests, but it did not really bother us.

Summary: We enjoyed it, except for the little things.

Positive: Property as advertised, immaculately clean, host very friendly, location great walking distance to old town and bay

Negative: Clothes Washing facilities was great but two days running we could not use washing machine as clothes left in machine But would highly recommend this property .
