Summary: My family met in LA for Universal Studios trip and the property was perfect. It was a quick drive around 15 min to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was helpful for tired kids and adults after an all day fun. The property was very clean. The bathrooms were newly remodeled. We brought stuff to cook. The oven is pretty old so it didn’t really get hot but there was a small toaster which was fine to bake. The contact person was available and very quick to answer anything we needed. The check in and out is convenient and easy. Had a wonderful stay at the property.

Summary: The only miscommunication was in the listing. It's listed as a 5 bedroom, however there are only 4 bedrooms. One of them does have 2 beds. Other than that, the house is nice, inside and out. It has all of the amenities. The pool table and bar were great for entertainment, and it leads directly to the pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately we couldn't use them, since it rained all weekend. The house was very clean, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The owner was communicative, and in all, renting through Vrbo and this owner was a great experience. Thank you.
