Summary: Although the previous reviews seem a little far fetched, everything is true. Rene and Paule are wonderful people with real heart and were a pleasure to get to know. The house is a real find, a perfect little paradise, neat, very well appointed with everything one could need, lovely views from every window, and a snug that proved perfect for the cool April evenings. The garden is glorious, beautifully landscaped with real sympathy for the picturesque and being true to nature, and big enough to lose yourself in, filled with mature plants that all seemed to give out wonderful scents or pretty, colourful flowers. There are places round about to visit, ranging from little ports like Cassis, medieval villages like Le Castellet, or the adrenaline-junkie paradise of Paul Ricard, but coming back to the house is like coming home, to wander the gardens or to have a refreshing dip in the magnificent pool.
