Positive: This property has everything you need for a holiday , it’s very close to the sea ( literally out the door 20 steps and your there ) , relaxing, quiet, comfortable, it was just perfect for me and my partner x The owners could not be more helpful absolutely lovely couple and nothing is a problem to them 👍

Negative: There honestly wasn’t anything we were unhappy with 👍

Positive: The terrace was very nice. The location is right by the beach. Parking had a shade, so it was nice on a hot day. There was a lot of food for breakfast and snacks. The host was very friendly, even though we didn't get to meet her. The location was good, because it was outside the big city, but still nearby for a day trip. Next to the house there were a few restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay.

Negative: The place seems a bit crowded, but I guess it adds character. There was a smell of cigarette smoke inside, so seems that previous guests smoked inside (as there were no smoking signs). The window in the bedroom didn't open, unfortunately.

Positive: Quiet, clean, everything you might need and more was provided. Special attention to details. Best host ever, discrete and always ready to help. Very close to a little beach, sunbeds and umbrella was provided by the host. We had the breakfast option, she filled the fridge and also gave us fresh bakery products. Perfect stay, perfect host

Positive: It is a real gem. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay due to our host who gave us all we need. It is very close to the beach and to the sea, the house is clean and there is an exquisite attention to all details. Thank you for our nice experience!

Positive: Nandia our host meet us at the apartment and showed us where everything was. We booked a self catering apartment but I class this as virtually half board due to the amount of food Nandia supplied. On the 3rd day when she cleaned she restocked the fridge with more eggs, ham, cheese etc etc and lots more bottled water. Oh and some more beer. Not to mention pastries fresh from the bakery that morning. We spent less money on food on this week than any other before. Nandia supplied another sun lounger, also that night when we came back she had dropped off some beach flip flops for us as we said we’d be using the beach most days and I’m pretty sure she knew the first 20 feet of water was rocky before you got to the soft sand and hurt bare feet, Well they did ours anyway. The flip flops were brilliant. The kitchen had all the utensil and cooking equipment you could think of. There were dressing gowns, slippers and loads of spare towels. The bathroom had everything we needed. We travel a lot and would certainly book ‘The house by the sea’ without hesitation again To sum in in one word, SUPERB

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at House by the Sea. Our hostess was super friendly, helpful and accommodating, providing us with exceptional hospitality in true Greek style! She also kept the fridge and breakfast table full for our stay. We would definitely recommend House by the Sea to friends and family.
