Positive: Excellent, clean, cozy, functional house boat - as described on site. Splendid seaviews and accessible infrastructure (better with car, but also available bikes). The closest beach - 7 minutes walk - one of the best for kids. Interior has everything necessary, host - quick responses and detailed instructions. Accessible hospitality industry in the near. Enough parkplace in front of the house boat.

Negative: External sounds host can't impact - there are discos (at nights till 4 a.m.) and working fishermen ships (in the morning since 5 a.m.) - so you should better bring some earplugs.

Positive: Fun and beautiful setting. Staff were extra helpful as we went out of season and were on hand with any problems. My daughter left her Apple Watch and the staff very kindly sent it in for us.

Positive: We loved the location, being on the far side of the marina, providing privacy and security. The house boat was just the right size and provided a real place of peace for us both. I watching the boat go by and also feeding the fish.

Negative: There are times when the odour from toilet was very noticeable but open windows solved that problem. There was no WIFI available or TV so we were data usage heavy. In the evening, the music from over the other side of the marina entrance was very load and went on late.

Summary: Despite the things listed we didn't like, we would definitely go back again.
