Welcome to our home, our vacation home is open all year round
Ideally located on land and sea, it allows you to discover our region at your own pace and to enjoy a well-equipped and warm house, where life is good. Haven of peace and tranquility guaranteed 1km from shops.
Atypical house renovated with lots of charm, facing south. Ideally located without opposite in a green setting, garden of 2000m2.
You will have access to the main house (3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a WC) and to the adjoining bungalow with two 120cm beds and a shower room with WC.
Access to the heated swimming pool only from May to the end of September. From October to the end of April, the swimming pool cannot be used and the house is heated with wood.

Summary: Beautiful house, amazing gardens and heated pool, wonderful welcome and hospitality from the hosts, we will definitely be returning to this property. It is perfectly positioned, surrounded by trees, silent at night except for the occasional owl. There is so much room, outside and inside, perfect for family and friends. Close to beaches, an adventure park, shops and lovely towns. Plus the village has a Spar, a pizza restaurant and a Boulangerie/Patisserie that is almost too good! I can't recommend this enough, it was a perfect holiday. Thank you so much to the hosts, look forward to seeing you again.

Summary: We had a lovely time at this property, its beautiful and the garden and pool are fantastic as is the house! all in all we would have highly recommended this as a location. However, the owner whilst very helpful and responsive from the outset demanded that we deep clean the house upon leaving, we had been asked to keep it clean at the beginning, which we fully appreciate and we made the extra effort to make sure all crockery was clean, beds stripped, sides all cleaned along with the cooker, swept the floors etc, we left it exactly as we found it if not cleaner and we made the effort as we had found the owners extremely helpful and we wanted to reciprocate. Upon arriving to return the deposit on departure, we were told it was no good and we should have hoovered under the beds, cleaned the fridge with detergent, mopped the house basically perform a full deep clean of the whole house, we were informed of this as we were packed to leave kids in the car... we were offered the opportunity to use the deposit to fund cleaning which was disturbing and felt like a ruse to make further money. We were so disappointed with this we took to cleaning whilst the owner watched on, the tension was very uncomfortable and absolutely unnecessary

Summary: A beautiful, clean and well equipped house with a lovely garden and a good sized pool (weather permitting) hidden away in the countryside, less than 30 minutes from Concarneau and some amazing beaches along the coast, Also well situated for trips out west to the Presque ile de Crozon (spectacular) or even to the north coast of Bretagne it you can tear yourselves away from this little slice of paradise. In the end we limited our visits and even spent one whole day just relaxing around the house, playing badminton in the garden and watching films on the big TV in the very comfy living room. So, a great base, or a holiday in itself !
