It is a house with 1 floor and includes: Ground floor - 1 large open area equipped kitchen/dining room/living room + 1 bathroom with WC. Upstairs - 1 WC - 1 bathroom with bathtub and double sinks - 2 bedrooms of 11 m2 with double bed.
Private parking for 3 spaces in front of the house.
Quiet and relaxing house with a very friendly neighborhood. Has a private exterior to enjoy the sun and its above-ground swimming pool (3m x 2m x 0.80) in complete privacy.

The beds are made for your arrival. Bathroom linen (two towels per person) and household linen are provided at no extra cost.
