Negative: Very noisy with trucks parked outside and port traffic waiting to enter some sort of depot the other side of the road. Probably need triple glazed windows! Needs towel trails (probably on the sliding glass doors) as there's no place to hang towels. First night was made difficult by Arab neighbors blocking access to the carpark area with their cars and refusing to move them out the way. I parked in front of one of their cars for that night - OK the next and subsequent days.

Summary: Would stay again.

Positive: The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the staff were responsive;

Negative: The entrance to the place is dark at night, with very little light; This can make you feel uncomfortable apart from being a safety hazard; Also, there were some drilling done in the middle of the day in the nearby room, which was unpleasant; To the owner's credit, I did raise it with them and they said that they will handle it.

Positive: We loved the room, what a beautiful space! The bed was super comfortable as well.

Negative: The location was not the best in my opinion. You also need to be sure to watch the YouTube videos they send you. We did not, and had a hard time finding the hotel. There are no signs as of this time since I believe it is new.

Positive: The place was clean, lot’s of space and the bed was very comfy. Nice communication with the owner. The spa is very nice even if it takes a long time to feel it with water.

Negative: It’s very very noisy in the morning. Also, the room smelt smoke. It’s sad that customers doesn’t respect the rules…
