Welcome to Beachfront Bungalow! This 4 charming bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal cottage is located directly on Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. There are very few Anna Maria homes directly on the beach, and our discerning guests won't settle for simply being near the beach. The only thing standing between you and the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico is your private pool with a sun shelf and spa. And with room for up to 14 guests, this self-contained resort is ideal for families and small groups looking to get away from it all!

The open views of the beach are complemented by the professionally designed coastal décor throughout. Relax in the main living area with gorgeous wood beams, stone fireplace, and large flat-screen TV. You can prepare the catch of the day in the fully equipped kitchen, with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Then, enjoy your meals at the large dining room table in the dining room. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the home.
Unwind to the sound of crashing waves on the beachfront patio. The centerpiece of the large outdoor area is a brand-new oversized, heated pool with sun shelf and spa. There is an outdoor BBQ, dining table, and plenty of lounge chairs to relax in while surrounded by tropical landscaping. When you are ready to hit the beach, simply step out of the private rear gate and dig your toes into the sand. There are beach chairs, and a beach cart for you to use while you vacation here! It is a perfect setting for small weddings or family gatherings.
When it's time to retire after a long day of fun in the sun, there are four bedrooms to accommodate a good night's rest. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and private bathroom ensuite with dual sinks and shower. Or, let your cares slip away in the clawfoot tub overlooking the Gulf.
The 2nd guest bedroom features a king bed with a flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The 3rd guest bedroom features a king bed with flat-screen TV and views of the Gulf. The 4th guest bedroom features two sets of bunk beds (twin over full for each bunk). Finally, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
There are several grocery stores nearby, including the Island Fresh Market (1 mile) and Publix (2 miles). Also, there are numerous excellent dining options close by ranging from the amazing burgers at ultra-casual "Skinny's Place" to Zagat rated beach front dining at "Beach Bistro". With plenty more restaurants alternatives in between, there is no shortage of choices for all appetites and budgets.
Getting around the island is easy by car or by using the trolley service that runs from early morning until 10:00 in the evening. There is a trolley stop just a short walk from Beachfront Bungalow!
*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
