Summary: Location of premises was excellent for both public transport connections and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a very pleasant stay at Hotelo.

Summary: Hotel Charite worked well for us. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The double room was smaller than expected from the photos. Was tight for our luggage. The Bathroom lacks some features and amenities, but works fine. Location is right next to train station but you only hear trams on occasion (we stayed just Saturday night).

Summary: We highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful to us especially because our command of French is very limited. The room was charming and very comfortable, very clean and quiet. The breakfast included was perfect and made the mornings start just right. The hotel is located in a perfect area for taking advantage of great food, wonderful museums, shopping and the metro/tram is very close. If we are ever to return to Lyon, this will be our top choice in hotels. Merci beaucoup Hoteleo Charite!

Summary: A simple hotel at the end of the road that leads to everything. Easy walking from there. The staff were more than nice. I practiced my French but they also spoke English. For the price it was amazing. I stayed six nights.
