Positive: Hotel was badly signposted and not at all .we wondered around for good half hour looking for hotel anyone we asked did not know where it was even people in the same building had no idea ,first sign post was right next to hotel rooms so no help at that stage ,very strange.

Negative: No sing posts to hotel rooms

Positive: Peaceful, quiet, clean and fairly comfortable Good place if you need accomodation in Kauniainen. In weekends there are no staff working and no meals.

Negative: it was not mention anywhere that this property is located inside the college/training institute/academy so it took me 40 mins to locate the property as there was no mention of "Hotel Trilli" anywhere and even students/local people were not aware of it, so i had to roam around with luggage, trying to find it, untill i called them and found the place. TV inside the room do not work as its just monitor, also room was not enough warm as there is an opening behind the heaters in the room where the cold air rushing in.....Kitchen has basic amenities like cups, electric kettle and TV in the hall is working fine....its looks quite scary in the night as its all empty and no one stays in the whole building except you.....breakfast was very basic but cheap to buy as its a college/academy canteen.

Positive: I liked the quiet location and the room was enough for my purposes. The gardens and surrounds were beautiful and well kept. The access after reception closing times was easy and the registration was basic which is what I like.

Negative: There could have been an explanation on the hotel page saying that it is situated in the Academy as my taxi driver had difficulty finding it.

Summary: I would recommend this to those who wish only a room for the night so that they can enjoy the area.
