Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the morning but they allowed me to check in. My only observation is that it would have been helpful to have hot drink making facilities in the room

Summary: I stayed for 12 days for a skiing vacation. Great breakfast, nice staff, nice room that included a drying cabinet. The hotel is located close to a lift, with easy access to the slopes in Duved. Also close to the ski bus.

Summary: This was a beautiful property and pretty convenient for the slopes. You can walk or take a bus to the slopes. The bus is usually free and stops by close. The room was nice, and so was the interior. It has a nice view of the outside and plenty of lounge areas. However, I would label this more as a bed and breakfast. They have on the sign that the front desk is staffed till 7 p.m. but we only saw staff around breakfast and at some random times. Also, we had to use a code for the door when we got there after 9 p.m. but the instructions weren’t super clear and we almost couldn’t get in. That was a little bit on us for not finding the right door, but the exact entrance was not given to us when we were called. We had a maintenance issue and called the number a few times before reaching them, but someone did come quite quickly. I would be aware to not expect someone to be at your disposal 24/7 like a hotel. For instance, if you got locked out at like 12 a.m., I’m not sure what you’d do. The breakfast was phenomenal however and the owner did a remarkable job of hosting and preparing the meal. Definitely a big plus!! I would highly consider staying here again, but just with the knowledge of getting there early enough/being careful with room issues since it seems like there may be a narrow window for them to be resolved.
