Summary: From the outside, the hotel looks very dubious, and cheking in during evening required to get the key from a Japanese restaurant around the corner operated by the same people. However on the inside the rooms were modern, clean, and in good condition. Personnel was friendly and very accommodating. Good price-quality ratio once you get past the exterior/entryway. One minus was lack of ability to iron clothes in the room.

Summary: Excellent location with good access to public transport. The hotel doesnt give great first impressions from the street, but the rooms are really, really good, so is the service. If you arrive late you will have to pick up the key at the Japanese restaurant next door that is operated by the same people that run the hotel. I did not try the breakfast, if you plan do, the hotel wants to know at what time you want your breakfast the day before. I would stay again for sure.

Summary: The room was incredibly clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to check us in way earlier than our checkin time. They communicated well and emailed us before our stay. They even let us keep our bags with them AFTER checkout so we can walk around, grab food before our flight. I would definitely come back. I'm glad I chose them for our stay.

Summary: If you're looking for an affordable, spotless hotel in a great location with a solid breakfast—run by a kind and hardworking couple—you’ve found it. Just book it. I stayed here for a week while visiting my son in Bonn and was blown away by the care the owners put into running it. They handle everything themselves—front desk, cleaning, breakfast—and go out of their way to help with directions, recommendations, and anything else you might need. The rooms appear recently renovated and cleaned daily with great attention to detail. My only small gripe: the foam mattress was firmer than I prefer. A pillow topper might help—next time I’ll ask! Breakfast is simple, fresh, and inexpensive. You can easily opt in by texting the day before. For a great local option, try Meyman around the corner next to the station—amazing Turkish breakfast for 20 euros (cash only). I’ve stayed in many places around the world, and this one stands out. It combines the warmth of a B&B with the independence of a hotel. If I return to Bonn, I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

Summary: Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The hotel owner made us feel comfortable and even provided umbrellas when she saw us heading out in a rainy day. Room was minimal but provided everything you need for a comfortable and warm stay. Definitely one of the cleanest places we have stayed in while traveling in Europe. Across the street from a train stop and walking distance to the center of Bonn.

Summary: Lovely modern room, cleanliness was second to non, the owners are super friendly and helpful. Initially it Was a bit difficult to find the Apple Maps location brings you to the other side of the road and the signage for the hotel is tiny. The outside of the building doesn’t appear like a usual hotel but once inside it’s great, the parking is open to the public and outdoor if you’re precious about your car as my husband is! But there were no issues.
