Positive: Located close to a bus stop with multiple busses. Very good amenities kit in the room. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed is not too soft but I like that so for me it was very comfortable. Also coffee in the room. Good value for money. On a quiet street so no noise in the night.

Negative: A slight cigarette smell in the room - like it used to be okay to smoke there long time ago so now the smell is stuck in the walls. Fridge and some other appliance keep turning on in the night and the noise was really quite loud. Kept waking me up many times. Room door has no sound isolation so in the morning you can hear every noise like it happens in your room - but noise started only from 8 o'clock.
