Summary: The hotel was good to be a 3 star hotel, met your needs. The reception people were amazing. Just nobody was at the pool, as it was dirty.

Summary: We were able to check in a few min earlier. Only critic is water runs out had to call 2 times to fill tanks , also no warm water in morning had to call to be fixed. Amenties are given upon request at certain time. Cannot be given at other times that cleaning crew not present as they keep it locked "supposedly". The hotel is 3 blocks away from beach front but very far from city center and bus station . They need to be mindful of how many people are reserving room to leave that many towels and amenties, so we dont have to be asking for extras. Also so many controles for tv, air, and fan.

Summary: Many trucks at all hours in transit, rooms overlooking the street is very noisy, it is understood that it is not in the hands of the property, consider if the noise bothers you, this is not an option.

Summary: Everything was great, Good people run this hotel, I got a little happy and had the music on a little loud, was asked to turn it down, totally my Bad, they were very polite about it and I apologize for being inconsiderate.. 5 Stars all the way
