Positive: The staff were so accommodating. We arrived by bicycle during our 10-day ride around the Seto Inland Sea. We were able to park our bicycles in a room next to the lobby where we felt they were secure. The twin room was a good size for 2 people and the beds were comfortable.

Positive: the staff at hotel yassa are amazing and kind. they gladly accepted our bike boxes and held them while we cycled the shimanami kaido. they were accommodating and always with a smile. some staff speak great english and are very helpful as well! location is literally right next to the train station. great place to land.

Positive: Location is great: just across the street from Mihara Station. Staff was fantastic. Front desk staff helped us with shipping luggage to our next hotel and restaurant staff gave kids extra food when they were still hungry after finishing the set meal. Breakfast was good. You gave 4 meal choices to pick from. You need to choose the meal and select an eating time when you check in. Room was a good size and laid out well.

Negative: Minor quibble: the duvet cover was a shiny smooth fabric so it kept sliding off the bed. This wasn’t a dislike for me because I love hearing trains, but others may consider this a negative: because it is so close to the station, you can hear the trains quite well depending on what side of the hotel you’re on. It wasn’t loud, but if you’re sensitive, consider asking for a room facing away from the station.
