Positive: The staffs are very Courteous and Professional, The hotel had good size room and bathroom with all the basic amenities. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and I loved to take shower in this hotel because the shower had good gush or force of water and hot water was available 24 hours a day. The staff were very helpful in arranging my trip to Ajanta & Ellora and also the lady staff who went through all the trouble to arrange Dollar exchange at the hotel. I asked Vikram, the attending staff, how much would be the charges if I overstay for 4 hours because my train leaves at 4PM and checkout time is 11Am, Without hesitation he answered smilingly, "no charges, compliments of the hotel" that was a very pleasant surprise. Also, the breakfast server, Surya is also very attentive and courteous staff.
Negative: There's nothing I didn't like.

Positive: The entire staff is excellent and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. The taste of the food was very good.
Negative: The complementary breakfast needs to be improved to more options for breakfast like bread/jam, Idly, Dosa, etc..
