Positive: It's a good hotel close to airport, for a stay before/between flights or while at the conference it's pretty good as it's close to the airport and nearby conference venues (just a few minutes by bus to the airport). The hotel is newly renovated so rooms are fresh and comfortable. There's a restaurant in the building, and there are more nearby (Kloten's a small town). Breakfast's nothing special but generally alright.

Negative: Even though hotel's new, it could be still noisy - some drunks were screaming outside at night and it woke us up. Even though we had breakfast included, our cards didn't work for breakfast, so we had to chase the reception staff (they were not at the desk) and haven't heard even an apology for the nuisance.

Positive: We had just landed from the United States and so we needed a place close to the airport where we could sleep off the long flight. This hotel was great. Nice breakfast in the morning. Close location to public transit.

Negative: Nothing that I can think of.

Positive: We arrived late with a car, was easy to park also very easy to understand late check-in informations. We slept over just to catch early flight. Great locations, quiet neighborhood, everything clean and comfortable.

Negative: You could hear people from the floor above. Woke me up few times but not a big deal. Still very satisfying stay.

Negative: there was a festival with concerts around 100 meters from the hotel, so it was impossible to sleep until 4 am.. This is an airport hotel, so your only goal here to sleep before your morning flight...my expectation would have been to get some info during booking the hotel or at least a few days before arrival about the fact that there would be a festival with rock concerts during the whole night...
