Positive: Amazing stay! The food was incredibly tasty, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The parking area was spacious and convenient, and the view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. See slopes are good for first day skiing, warming up. Ischgl at 20 minutes driving. Highly recommend!

Negative: Unfortunately, our table in the restaurant was by a drafty terrace door, which was little uncomfortable. Also, I found chewing gum on my car’s rear camera twice while parked in front of the hotel, but without surveillance cameras, we couldn’t identify who and why did it. Could enhance security by installing surveillance cameras in key areas.

Positive: Beautiful location, comprehensive overall service offerings, nice interior design, super friendly and helpful personnel. Big shout out to the bar tender who took perfect care for us. The pool area was nice and the views amazing.

Negative: The dinner menu seemed great but unfortunately the taste and presentation kept behind expectations. The balcony/terrace of the room could have used a bit more care.
