Positive: It is wonderfully located, you can leave the place on your skis and come back the same way. It was rather luxurious in comparison with places I usually stay in, so it was not cheap, but definitely worth it. Breakfasts were so good one could just forget to go skiing :-) and the spa was very complete with a plethora of saunas and two swimming pools - just the thing to fully relax after some physical effort in the mountain. The staff was really very kind and caring.
Negative: The price, but this was quickly forgotten :-)
Summary: I would love to be able to be back one day :-)

Positive: We had a great time at this hotel - wonderful wellness, close to the slopes, friendly staff, excellent food!
Negative: The hotel is non-smoking, so you can't smoke even on the balconies of the rooms, which may surprise someone. But generally no problem

Positive: Very nice place, super kind and friendly staff. Excellent food both for breakfasts and dinners. Very good location. Nice spa area. I really enjoyed my stay and can recommend the place.

Positive: Everything. This is a family owned and well run hotel and it is personally managed by the owner Kurt Stocker and a very competent and friendly staff. The went out of their way to accomodate our every wish and even surprised my wife with a small cake and nice birthday card on her birthday. The half board option is very convenient and the 5 course dinners really of exceptional quality. This was surely the highlight of our trip in Austria. Thank you very much Kurt, Martin, Karoline, Bibi and the rest of the staff !

Positive: Very helpful and kind staff, really attentive, going extra mile fulfilling guests needs. Comfortable and cosy rooms, very tasty food selection (carefully cohosen). Attention to little details (personalized welcome/good bye note + small present at the end of the stay). Accommodation is right at the vally station of the main ski lift/gondola, so almost ski-in/ski-out style
