Positive: We were so happy with our choice to stay in at Hotel Vitznauerhof on the waterfront of Lake Luzern. The property and the room were spectacular. We did not know what to expect since we had never stayed on Luzern. The balcony view of the lake was breathtaking and just perfect. The staff was really great from check in to check out. We had options for activities such as boat rides and Spa. The hotel is not only in a great waterfront location, but a two minute walk to the ferry dock, which services most of the waterfront towns from Vitznau to Lucern and the main train station at Lake Luzern. The restaurant was also very good!
