Negative: However, the bathroom was dirty and mouldy, the breakfast was very disappointing and tasteless, the laundry machines were not working properly.

Positive: Very close to Dotonbori, restaurants, shops and easy to get to with a bus from KIX airport. And the 711 below was really nice

Negative: They told us there was a mandatory check up for them to access the room which I thought was odd.

Positive: Very good location..infront of airport bus. And. Same builing of 711. Donton River is 2 mins away. Train is 6 mins away. Nice modern rooms. Bigger size than Apa or other same price hotel. Clean rooms ..modern decor.

Negative: No aircon in our room. For Summer this is very bad. For winter maybe its ok. We were transfered to a different room. But the AC is still not coolling enough. We were given a fan to add cooling. Meaning they know their AC is not cold enough. Spoke to other guests theu had the same concern.

Summary: Best Location. But not for summer, AC not working

Positive: Good location, but the area is very busy. The area looks not very safe in the evening, but you can go anywhere with a short time. My room was good. I can say it is bigger than other same level hotel room.

Negative: With a high occupancy, their service was not valued for this price I think. Outside of hotel, it is a very noisy zone.

Positive: The beds were comfortable. They gave extra pillows when we asked. Room was spacious with a table we used for eating. Very nice hotel in general.

Negative: You had to ask for amenities which did not include face care and lotion products. Hotel is expensive.
