Summary: Parking excellent plus Ev charging Staff wonderful. Bed very comfortable Location great. Only problem was a sound like an alarm started at 6 am think it came through aircon vent it lasted about 29 mins!!!! We would return though

Summary: Absolutely brilliant hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was also immaculate with great water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel is well-located in the old town part of Zaragoza. Really excellent value and would highly recommend.

Summary: The hotel was empty and they gave us a room with no window. The room is so tiny, you can’t fit your suitcase anywhere. And no window. It’s basically a closet. Horrible.

Summary: In general it is a good hotel with comfortable beds and different pillows. The bathtub was ok but after showering the floor was completely wet as the sliding gals door doesn't seal properly. The toilet flush sometimes had to be activated several times to stop the flow of water. During our stay in wintertime the aircon was on to heat the room. Unfortunately it didn't matter if the temperature was set to 18 as lowest or 24. The room at the end was way too warm. No stable temperature was possible to set with air aircon. The biggest issue we had during our arrival. The hotel webpage mentions its own parking which only fits half of the hotel capacity. Prior reservation is not possible and we ended up parking 30 minutes by foot as all the other mentioned car parks were also full. Can only recommend this hotel to a limited extent.
