Positive: Great room, huge amount of space, you have a big tv, comfy bed, it's very warm inside. Shower is huge and you can take a great shower+Bath. You got towel and everything. Wifi works great. Staff is the best, always kind and great service, The Family mart is not that far. You got a small fridge(Big enough to fit some drinks and a set of food.

Negative: Very far from train and you have to walk up to reach it but it's not that bad, I did It late even exhausted it's fine, it's just hard the first time if you have a lot of bagages.

Summary: The greatest! A little far from train but you just walk more it's fine
