Summary: friendly staff. We arrived before the check-in time because we had driven all night, and they were kind enough to check us in. There was no (free) access to a pool, despite advertised on hotels.com. We were told to pay 59€ per person for 4-hour access to spa area (which covered pool acces). That was just too expensive for only an occasional dip on the pool, so we sought leisure elsewhere. Restaurant was closed this Sunday evening. Only snacks available and the Pinsa we ordered was topped with a salad that had not been rinsed: sand was not the crunch we had hoped for..

Summary: Our apartment was lovely and spacious. We rented an apartment because we had to prepare food for a professional athlete, but the stove never worked. I went to the front desk multiple times to ask someone to fix it and they never did. They finally brought a microwave the last night we were there. Everyone at the front desk was very nice but the stove issue was bothersome. The restaurant was excellent, but an athlete requires certain foods before a race so that was not always an option. The entire hotel was very clean and well-kept.

Summary: Overall good experience with the hotel. Got offered choice of cleaning room daily or less frequently. Kettle or coffee facility in the room would be a good addition.

Summary: Good hotel. I really like the idea and the ambiance. Location is ok. Restaurant was ok too. A bit pricey considering all they have on Friday and Saturday nights is buffet style eating. I don't think those meals were worth the cost. I did go to the Toskana Kosmetik institute for a massage but that was a process as well. Not easy to coordinate and can't be coordinated through the front desk.
