Positive: The staff, the outdoor activities, the entertainment programs, the nights at the leaving room around the fireplace, listening pleseant piano songs played by a charismatic pianist and the meal. The care with the gardens around the hotel, everything was really good.

Negative: Nothing to say, everything was really good.

Positive: We loved our stay. The hotel is well thought through, rooms are comfy, the pool areas are great. Especially appreciated the fact that outdoor pools are heated in the summer. It was necessary with the winds. The views are also amazing. Food was great. Also liked the more modern facilities, like a cinema room.

Negative: Two outdoor pools require renovation. The floor of the pool is crumbling and there is mould on the walls. But I would assume that they are next in line, one pool having already been renovated. Some places could also benefit from a deep clean, but these are minor things. In no way did they chance our perception of the stay

Positive: Staff, facilities, room. Food is also good. Suggest to reduce the number of options and focus on improving the quality to match other top resorts (Club Med). Staff: my special thanks to Richard, lifeguard, very caring with the kids.

Negative: Bad choice regarding the covering of the outdoor hydromassage pool. It retain dirt from sunblock cream. Not pleasant staying there. The other outdoor pools are much better.

Negative: I had to ask 5 times for them to open the water slide after it stopped raining
