Positive: My room was perfect. The setting was spectacular. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Negative: I was disappointed in the quality of the food. Given the cost of the hotel, I expected more. I had also read the review of the hotel by The Telegraph which gave the food 9/10 I would give it 6/10. In particular, the pastries at breakfast were amateurish. I also did not appreciate that renovations were taking place while I was there.

Positive: Photos does not do this hotel justice. Staying at the hotel is surreal and truly amazing.

Negative: Everything was perfect. It is awkward to get to, but it is beyond worth it.
