Positive: The location is perfect for me that is why I am a repeat customer. The personnel is kind. The breakfast is good, although it could be a bit more varied. I asked to change room as the first one was in a position with too much noise and my request was satisfied. The second room was also noisy but less than the first one and better quality.

Negative: The sound coming from the nearby gym and facilities is not fun. If you have issues with sound hypersensitivity and insomnia, better take with you your earplugs. The room temperature too high for the summer especially in the bathroom, no AC. In the first room assigned to me, the bathroom had broken parts and looking quite old, there was a strong smell of sewage initially in the toilette. The room was an attic, with a window on the roof, which means if it rains you will hear it quite loud. There was too much noise late in the evening so I asked to change the room. This hotel needs fixing, it looks/feels old and worn out. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The breakfast was good but very disorganized, I went there once a bit later and it was full of guests, with very few personnel, stressed out, who needs to hurry and run around to serve clients and clean messy tables.

Summary: OK but requires deep renovation!
