Summary: Nice and beautiful but, no coffee machine in lobby or room and power went off for about 9 hours with no a/c or tv, light it was dark, could not see if I had to go use the bathroom.

Summary: Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals.

Summary: When my husband and I got to this hotel our expedia reservation was not showing on their system. Nevertheless, the personnel was very efficient and solve it giving us the presidential suite, the only room available. The room was nice and we had a very good night sleep.
