Summary: The staff there are so wonderful. Bar/restaurant top notch. Even helped us find an early morning ride to catch a ferry/train. Can't say enough good things! Would go back again?

Summary: We stayed in a large (king bed) room with a terrace on third floor overlooking lake. Spectacular morning and sunset views. Breakfast was great.

Summary: Older establishment in the small town of Lezzeno, on Lake Como. We met the grandson of the owner, Jonathan, who was terrific and a source of knowledge on the history of the family owned establishment. We also met grandfather, who was still working at age 90. Cristina and Desiree have worked there for years and are the managers. The original hotel dates back to the 60s, rooms are smaller and across the road from the beach side restaurant/bar. A newer two story building is where we stayed. We had a second floor room with a balcony and magnificent view of the lake. The bar is open from early morning until late and the buffet breakfast is excellent. Lot's of water sports to be had, although we didn't partake. Only a few other restaurants in town and driving along Lake Como is a challenge as the road is often a car and half width, but it was fun!

Summary: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, with great onsite facilities. The views of the lake are amazing and dinner in the restaurant was very good. Parking is limited but the staff help move cars around to accommodate as many people as possible.

Summary: Truly a fantastic experience. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed in one of the villas with a deck. Property overlooks a beautiful spot in lake como in a quieter section Lezzeno. Restaurant and bar on site were excellent, we went to one or the other every single night. Staff was extremely helpful in organizing taxis. Everything was reasonably priced. Lake deck and chairs are an awesome touch as many properties do not have lake access. This was a must during the extreme heat wave. Highly recommend this property to anyone coming with family, solo or even a group. They nailed it

Summary: Cannot find one single little thing to be critical of. Best small hotel I have ever stayed in and that in over 60 years of travelling!

Summary: A hidden gem at the east side between Como and Bellagio. This is where you’re going when you want to experience the lake without the posh people and the crowd of tourists. Charming atmosphere , newly renovated rooms, great breakfast and arm length from the private pier with sun beds and a lot of boats and water activities. We will be back!!!

Summary: This hotel was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed through our whole entire Italy trip. The hotel staff is extremely helpful at any given time, the breakfast was incredible and the best we’ve had in our trip and our room the villa overseeing the lake como with private access to the water was incredible. We will definitely be coming back and staying with at this hotel again. Also, if you have a car they have private parking which comes in handy, but also a bus station is nearly 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
