Positive: I really liked staying here. It has several rooms and seems to be recently built or renovated. I had a single room on the second floor far from the street so it was quiet. A very comfortable bed and pillows, an extra blanket, and good hot water in the shower. Albert the manager is a very nice guy and always available to answer questions. I can recommend staying here.

Negative: There were large bottles of filtered water in the kitchen but I didn't know if they were available for guests. This could have been a miscommunication due to my poor Spanish.

Positive: This new hotel is located right at front of Litegua Bus station, and only 5 mins walking distance to Guatemala City Bus Station, where you can catch Bus to Flores, it is also Close to everything, walking distance to Cathedral, shops and restaurants. The owner couple are very helpful, they stored our luggage when we travelled to Flores, the hotel room has ensuite, bed is very comfortable, bathroom is very clean, also the hotel has a kitchen for making breakfast.

Negative: The given address on booking was incorrect, the correct address is 15 Cella 10-29 Zona 1 Guatemala, Uber address uses Litegua
