Positive: Central location, nice lobby, good bar area, easy parking next to hotel

Negative: We were travelling with two kids and booked the duplex suite. The room was right next to the elevator and noisy, the shower head could not be fixed, overall the hotel is outdated and we did not consider it good value for money (high price). The buffet dinner was also not worth the price (quality). Fresh fruit and meat bar was ok

Positive: Good location and very nice staff. Breakfast was a good showing. Beds very comfortable, even the sofa bed. Interesting looking town.

Negative: Our room was a family room and it was hot as anything when we got in there. And the ac did. It work at all. Luckily this town is in the mountains and it cooled at night and they did bring us a portable ac unit. While things were clean, it was obvious that care had not been taken with upkeep (the grout in the shower was not something I would have in my home) and it wasn’t inexpensive in comparison with other spots in Spain.

Positive: Comfortable room, comfortable bed. Good selection at breakfast.

Negative: Breakfast - the hot items were not kept hot. Sausages, bacon and eggs were all quite cold.
