Positive: Very accommodating staff. Old hotel building and lobby of the new one in a very nice rustic style. Very good hotel restaurant. Beautiful surroundings. Well equipped spa area, included in price.

Positive: Large, spacious, room with balcony and mountain view. Comfortable bed. Nice, big bathroom. Very kind and helpful staff in restaurant.
Negative: No hot water in late evening (only lukewarm water) From 8:30 in the morning the lady who cleans rooms, unexpectedly opens the door from time to time to check if room is already empty.
