Positive: Wonderful location, practically on the beach and across the street from great restaurants. Loved the breakfast garden right outside. Super helpful staff. Convenient parking lot two blocks away. Great breakfast.

Negative: Had to double check that the bed sheets were changed after the last guest, but then again we were allowed into the room earlier than expected therefore no real complaints.

Positive: Ignore the 2* rating this place is far better than that. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally helpful nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is great, a good choice of cold meats and cheese, pastries, cereals and eggs. We ate there one evening and the meal was great and very reasonably priced. The hotel is located just behind the promenade with easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there again
