The service was attentive without ever feeling overbearing, and everyone went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—right by the sea with stunning views of the Ionian coastline and just a short walk to the promenade, restaurants, and nightlife. My room was spotless, modern, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a huge balcony. The bathroom was huge and included a built in bidet toilet! The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The hotel itself is stylish yet cozy, striking the perfect balance between contemporary touches and a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh fruit, local pastries, and a variety of choices that set me up perfectly for the day. Overall, this hotel truly elevated my experience in Sarandë. Positive: ‏ hotel in the best location. The hotel manager offered us a cruise on his private boat free of charge. The hotel facilities are new and modern. The reception staff were excellent, they recommended things to do and everything with a smile. The room was amazing, a huge balcony facing the sea and the promenade. We will definitely be back again.

Positive: Wonderful hotel. The best location in Seranda. The staff is great all ways smelling , kind and helpful. Rooms are big , clean and comfortable. I recommend to take a room with a view to sea the beautiful sunset and sunrise. Many restaurants and shop around you. You really feel at home. Thank you for wonderful hospitality and great vacation.

Positive: The hotel was very beautiful and confortable! The staff was very attentive and even gave us some cool gifts. They provided free minibar service which was a great touch.

Negative: The parking situation is a bit unfortunate, you can only park in front of the hotel at certain hours. Sarandë was very busy in general so parking was a nightmare. Not the hotel's fault, but something to note.

Positive: If you’re looking for a hotel in Sarande- look no further than the Vale. Here’s why: Location: 5 minute walk from the ferry port, in the centre of the promenade, surrounded by gorgeous restaurants, beach front. Great central point to visit surrounding areas. Service: absolutely 5 star! The team were all very friendly and helpful. Great communication ahead of arrival via WhatsApp. Free ice cream on arrival, treatment day where they gave us free fruit platters, wine and a drink in the bar. Researched day trips for us, and even offered to give us a lift to the ferry port. Good and drink: breakfast was amazing! Fresh buffet every day, huge variety including local and international dishes, freshly squeezed orange juice and importantly very good coffee (Illy) Rooms: they have Japanese toilets! I had never used one before but I’m now considering getting one at home. Great shower. Newly opened in 2024, the hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Good sized balcony. Lift available. Only 25 rooms so nice boutique feel

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing we did not like
