Positive: Everything apart from the Alien invasion . Great value, lovely clean warm room , nice view and balcony , staff were great :0) Great spot - thank you
Negative: The Alien Invasion around 5:30 am on tuesday or wednesday when the rubbish was collected .... never heard anything like it . Thought we were on a War of the Worlds set . So uneccessary ... woke us up with a fright right outside the room , and could hear it driving and squashing around for ages .. if its that noisy .. would it be better for guests everywhere in the Little Coo to have this collection at a civilised time of say after 09:00 please ? Just a suggestion :0)

Positive: All the Christmas decorations were still up really nice

Positive: The staff was very friendly. The receptionist told about his family roots. I still can't pronounce his name, but I am very grateful for his hospitality and friendly attitude. Definitely coming back.
Negative: Due to the region and typical guests, French was the main language. Therefore, knowing only English and Dutch, not every staff member was able to help me.

Positive: Wonderful hotel right in the center of Coo. If you do not have a car to be able to stay outside the town, then there are not too many options in Coo anyway. This hotel is one of the best, and we could get the best room of the property -- number 10, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was a wonderful stay. We also loved the staff and the restaurant of this property. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was decently large for the price, and it came with a balcony and separate annexed entrance. The view from the balcony was really nice, even though it faces the inner courtyard. Everything in Coo is within 2 minutes from the hotel, and we would highly recommend you to walk 10-15 minutes to each end of the barrage (Petit Coo and Grande Coo) to get two different views of the lake.
Negative: The property is really nice, and we can't complain much. Only a couple of small points to improve would be a little better cleaning for this price point (especially the bed linen) and some decent options for tea/coffee in the room (there was only a single tea bag). Some fittings in the room may also need a little maintenance and repair, but nothing serious. Overall, decent place to stay in Coo, as most of the places in the center looked and felt quite similar.
