Summary: Great value for the price. It’s an older hotel so things are a bit dated and not as modern. But well maintained and clean. Housekeeping is not daily. But can be requested. Beds and pillows are comfortable. AC works good as well. Main elevators are slow. But since our room is in the back of the building we discovered a 2nd elevator that’s a bit faster. Convenient, especially for couples, that the sink and mirror are outside the shower/toilet. Only thing is that the lights are too dim and location is right above your head. So you can’t really see your face well on the mirror. Also, the door to the toilet/shower is frosted glass. Might not be too comfy for non-couples sharing the room. There’s an IGA a couple blocks away for groceries. But there’s also a mini mart in the lobby along with a restaurant and bar (which we died not get the chance to try). Overall I recommend this hotel for those who want to be in the Hochelaga area.

Summary: The hotel was lovely and the room quite comfortable. However, the elevator was out of order for the 4 floor hotel. They did not put signs on the the single elevator and when you hit the button to call the elevator it would open and the doors would close when you got in. The. It would not move. The doors would not open again. Called the phone line in the elevator and no one answers at all. Had to pry the doors open to get out. When told the front desk, they were like -we know but did not bother to put any out of order signs on the elevator. Happened to many people that morning. Overheard a house keeper say that the elevator was just repaired after being out of order for 2 months. Not great for a rather large hotel with only 1 elevator.

Summary: Very noisy hotel! Constant door banging from around 4 am until late morning. The hotel should fix the double doors on the 4th floor to stop being so loud - or keep them propped open. Upon check-out not asked how was out stay - or even a thanks for staying. Very poor
