Positive: We arrived a little late due to airline,and we received just absolutely excellent service and the staff was absolutely wonderful

Positive: I was a little apprehensive about the hotel given their "no cancelation" policy and the extremely high price quoted for a taxi ride from the train station to this hotel. I was pleased to find a very friendly and helpful receptionist and facilities much better than I expected. The free use of the minibar refrigerator(non-alcohol) was much appreciated and the breakfast, while limited to non-heated items was excellent.

Negative: The room was more than adequate but a little smaller than I prefer.

Summary: Good value, pleasant staff and tasty breakfast.

Positive: Great location, Super friendly staff, It was close to the beach, and the pool was nice in the afternoon sun.

Negative: Aircon didnt really cool the room at all, however if its ducted it could have been purely been because everyone else would have also had their aircon on due to a heatwave.
