Summary: First of all, the staff were very nice and attentive. The problem was no WiFi and they couldn’t tells us why. There are no safes in the room and the ones at the desk were full. The television was terrible with 3-4 channels and in general, the hotel is overpriced.

Summary: Arrived at Tunquelen after a hectic travel day from buenos aires and a few hours in the touristy bariloche center. The drive was a bit long but from the second we turned off the road into the long forested driveway, serenity was upon us. Situated on 6 hectacres of nature and located just up a grassy hill fromthe lake, the views and silence are perfect. The layaout and style of the place could not be better. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Dinner at their restaurant was delicous. My only gripe with the place was that some of the spa facilities were not in service, oh well. Could not imagine a more perfect patagonian getaway, highly highly recommend this place to anyone wanting peace, relaxation, luxury in a truly beautiful setting.
