Positive: Great location, excellent breakfast, very kind and helpful staff! We fully enjoyed the traditional Austrian style of this marvellous hotel, which offers a variety of saunas, a stylish relaxation area, a charming swimming pool with a jacuzzi, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with very comfortable beds.

Positive: Perfect, delicious and well measured. Excellent bread selection, eggs perfectly boiled plus an egg corner for any taste. Top!!!

Negative: There was a waitress that could have smiled more or be more polite or diligent. But I believe everybody has rough days/weeks, so forgivable...

Negative: They didnt fill the hands washing soap and it was empty the hole time Hotel slippers weren’t available at the site. When we wanted to stay and ski last day after check-out from the room they hasiteted where to put our bags and they didnt offer a toilet or a place for chanche than we went to change in the toilet in the spa area and one of the stuff there told us that we cant change there because it is the spa area. In my book, this is the first time i had problem with managing the skiing day on the day of check out. It felt like they thow us out in the moring and anything afditional was the problem. For similar rate and price in other hotels they warmly offer handeling your stuff when you are using your ladt day of skiing and they offer you at least a hotel toilet where you can change from skiing clothes to sth confy for travel back home.
