Positive: Modern, less crowded, quiet place. Kind staff with good hospitality. Good view

Negative: No pedestrian pathway and need effort to work uphill. Best to drive to hotel at all times.

Positive: Location and views were great! And for a few hundred bucks, we got one of the premier corner rooms with amazing ocean views. Property was huge and clean. I recommend.

Negative: The property was so large, there were a lot of wasted space in the property and the rooms. The interior design was bland with cheap materials used. The A/C wasn't working when we visited, but the breeze from the ocean was good enough to cool the upper floor rooms. BTW...I never understood why properties stick a large screen TV in front of the view windows. It kills the layout.

Summary: It tried hard to look the part, but came short of being a luxury property, but great value.
