Positive: The pool, the room the foyer and the free coffee! The staff were so friendly and helpful too.

Negative: The breakfast as a vegan was not so fabulous. The staff tried their best, but in Berlin we are so spoilt for vegan food.

Positive: room and everything else was great i have no complaints about anything else expect the spa situation

Negative: I booked this hotel mainly because of the spa, unfortunately it wasn’t available, we didn’t get any information about that which is very disappointing because that was the only reason I have chosen this hotel
