Positive: The room was accessible by a lift which is very important for me, the bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good.

Negative: I prefer a walk in shower which is easier for me, the shower was part of a traditional bath. I was able to manage it.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English.
