Summary: We had a lovely stay at Hotel The Exchange, perfect location and very friendly staff. Always welcomed with a smile upon entry and exit of the building. Helpful advice too. We had an issue where housekeeping had accidentally taken a sentimental item with our bedding, however, this was very very swiftly rectified in the morning by management. They had to search through all the linen but managed to find it! We are very grateful to the team and to the hotel for making our stay comfortable and convenient. Until the next time <3

Summary: Good location but on a very busy street so can be loud at night. Rooms and bathroom are very small, only one plug socket available in the room!

Summary: It was incredible!!! We were on the 7th floor and had incredible views of the city. It was centrally located and was incredibly convenient getting around the downtown area!

Summary: The location for this hotel is fantastic. Close to Central Station, offers luggage storage, convenient to so much shopping, food and tourist locations in Amsterdam. The area is safe to walk. For those not able to easily walk, the taxi stand is just across the street. There are steps in the building, but with some planning and communication, the staff was able to help with our room needs and lessen the steps taken. The staff is friendly and onsite.

Summary: Extremely loud- the music from outside keeps you up all night and people are walking throughout the hotel all night. Must be a very heavy sleeper to get sleep.

Summary: Very different hotel all rooms are quirky Very clean and comfortable Tall thin building typical of the old Amsterdam buildings which means access to some rooms are via stairs so be aware if you have mobility issues Very basic look to reception and entry from the street but the rooms we stays in were good We stayed twice here and on both occasions the reception staff were so friendly and helpful Odd little hotel in lots of ways but would stay again !
