Summary: The room was clean, breakfast was fine. Only the personnel at the reception spoke English. I choose this hotel because I saw that they had a spa but when I asked for it, it was "not available". There is an Italian restaurant close by.

Summary: Nice hotel and friendly staff in a very quiet, village type location. Very close to U-Bahn (U6) Großhadern and University and Biotech campus Martinsried etc. Plenty of parking, good size room and nice breakfast.
