Summary: Older traditional Italian hotel. Staff was tolerant of Anericans. Did not speak much English, and we did not speak any Italian. Restaurant is reservations only, and choice of meals/entrees is not an option... Must eat what is being served. Great spa. Many pools to choose from. Late check-out (until 7:00PM) was great.
