Summary: Check in horrible, Sent us to room with 30 degrees celcius. We complained. They moved us to room with air conditioning. Room 3 star type. But thermal baths very excellent. Breakfast average.

Summary: We picked this particular hotel because it was near family and we’ve stayed here before. Nice hotel and breakfast was plentiful. We specifically didn’t stay with family because they don’t have air conditioning but might have well have. This hotel controls the air conditioning with very little control on our end. No matter how many times we addressed the issue that our room was too hot it went on deaf ears. Staff seemed unsympathetic. 4 years ago it was the same issue and my husband had to get really angry to get the situation rectified. This is the last time we’ll stay here. For a hotel that promotes wellness they should consider a good nights sleep just as important as their spa services.

Summary: The hotel is gorgeous but the air conditioning wasn’t working - we complained but they told us that they couldn’t do anything- this is not the first time we had this issue here. We really enjoyed the breakfast
